Greetings!

Are you interested in getting healthy and fit, but just need that extra push? Well, come out to join Black Women on the Run. All levels are invited. So if you walk.....GREAT! Are you a runner....WONDERFUL! If you do not have experience with fitness at all, no problem. We are all ready to motivate each other!

All ethnic groups are welcomed!  Walkers are welcomed!  Let's unite and get moving! It's FREE to participate!

BWOTR will run in their first race on Saturday, June 16, 2012, The Causeway 5K and Fun Run Battleship USS Alabama
