Changes and next week's schedule:

8/27 - 9/01

Monday 5am: 50 minute run
Tuesday 6pm: 400m sprints and lunges (new time)
Wednesday 5am: Jump rope challenge! Bring your weights and jump rope!
Thursday 6pm: 6 or 3 mile run (new time and new location... Langan Park)
Friday 5am: 50 minute run (At the Mitchell Center only for this week)

Saturday: See you at the Steady Pace 5K run
