Training schedule for this week:

Mon: 40 min run
Tues: 100m sprints and burpees
Weds: Jump rope, plank/leg lift, dumbbell swings, plank/knee tuck, jump lunges, push ups,
Thurs: 5 or 2.5 mile run
Sat: 6 or 3 mile run

Explanation of exercises, reps and duration will take place during the workout.
