Running Schedule this Week


Running schedule this week: (take it easy this week, ladies)
 
Mon 5am: 40min run
Tues 6pm: USA TRACK: 10 min run then 20 mountain climbers complete as many rounds as possible until 6:45 then abs
Wed 5am: 30 min run and abs
Thurs 6pm: LANGAN PARK: 3 mile run and abs
Fri 5am: 25 min run
Sat: no group workout (we will be in Atlanta for the BGR race)
Sun: BGR race day!
