Schedule for this week

October 01, 2012 - October 06, 2012
  • Monday: 30 minute run and abs
  • Tuesday: sprint a 100, walk a 100, sprint a 200, walk a 200, sprint a 400, walk a 400 then 30 squat to push ups do as many rounds as possible until 6:45 then abs
  • Wedesday: 3 rounds of: 5 min run, 25 pushups, 50 squats, 25 burpees, 50 back lunges, then abs
  • Thursday: 45 minute run and abs
  • Friday: 30 minute run and abs (Meet at the USA Mitchell Center Parking lot at 5am)
