Today's track workout for 6pm!
Warm up (Run 800m), light stretch
THEN,
Sprint or Fast Jog/Walk 400m
40 Jump Lunges (20 on each leg)
...
Repeat
Do as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) until 6:45pm
THEN,
Abs with Inez!
