Workout Schedule for the Week


‎2 more weeks until the 10K/5K in Atlanta! We are MORE than READY!!!
Monday 5am: 50 minute run
Tuesday 6pm: 400m sprints and lunges (new time)
Wednesday 5am: Jump rope challenge! Bring your weights and jump rope!
Thursday 6pm: 5 or 2.5 mile run (new time and new location... Langan Park)
Saturday: 6am: 6 or 3 mile run ( new location for the rest of this month... Semmes High School)
We will post more details such as the exact location and directions to Semmes High School by Weds!
