It's that time again. Yes, it’s time for a new monthly challenge. No Sodas! That includes diet sodas as well. Did you know that a 12-oz.serving of soda contains 9 tsp. of sugar and 140 calories? Each can or bottle you drink packs on a surprisingly high amount of calories, while giving you little nutrition in return. So, let’s find some good alternatives to sodas. Water is a great start. You can infuse water with various fruits like lemon, orange, cantaloupe, cucumber, the list goes on! Simply put a few pieces of whatever fruit in the bottom of a pitcher of water, and let it set.
