Tuesday 6pm USA Intramural Fields:
"Hills and push ups!"
AMRAP
Run 10 hills
10 regular push ups
10 diamond push ups
10 squat thrusts with push ups
Abs at 6:45pm

Wednesday 5am USA Mitchell Center:
"Dumbbells and more"
AMRAP
5 minute run
Travel lunge with dumbbells
30 Biceps curl/shoulder press combo
30 Mountain climbers
30 Lateral raise/front raise combo
30 Curb Jumps
30 Renegade Rows
10 minute run
Abs at 5:45am

Thursday 6pm USA Mitchell Center:
45min run
abs

Saturday 6am Meet at Bienville Square in Downtown Mobile:
3.5 miles
OR
6.5 miles
abs
