BWOTR's Running Bootcamp


Join BWOTR every Wednesday for Running Bootcamp!
BWOTR’s Running Bootcamp is one of a kind. The Running Bootcamp class focuses on different muscle groups each week. No two classes are the same. Running Bootcamp mixes running with: interval training, body weight training, circuit training, strength training, and core training. All fitness levels are welcome! Please bring water, a mat, a set of dumbbells and a jump rope. Class will be held on Wednesdays at 5:00am. Meet us outside of the Mitchell Center facing the Bell Tower! Did we mention that Running Bootcamp is FREE?!
