Pounding the Pavement to your first 5K Race!

Join us for our second session of  Pounding the Pavement to your first 5K Race tomorrow, January 10th at 6pm.  We will meet at the University of South Alabama Mitchell Center.

The workout includes:
Brisk five-minute warm-up walk
Alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes
