The month of April will consist of yummy salads and exercises that consist of jumping movements!
*Enjoy 1 salad per day with the veggie of the week. Post photos of your favorite salads!
*Perform the exercise of the day at your own pace. You may break up the exercise in sets of 10 if you prefer.
*Each Saturday you will perform a ladder with the exercise of the week. The ladder will go from 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 reps
... *Each Sunday will be "rest day."
