Spring 2013 Running Schedule

Starting March 11, 2013 we will meet three days each week instead of five. With this new schedule, we challenge all ladies to attend each session each week to continue with our commitment to be fit. Don’t forget to bring a friend. 

Monday – Running Bootcamp (Mitchell Center) 5:00 am
Thursday – Interval Training (Intramural Fields) 6:00 pm
Saturday – Long Run (Langan Park- March) 6:00 am
