Our new Summer Schedule started on June 1st!
Monday: Running Bootcamp at 5am (USA Mitchell Center)
Tuesday: Timed Run at 7pm (USA Track)
Thursday: Interval Training at 7pm (USA Track)
Saturday: Short or Long Run at 6am (Location Varies)
We will meet at in the circle at the front of the Spring Hill College Recreation Center on June 1st, 15th and 29th. Our Saturday location for June 8th will be the Steady Pace 3k (Texas Street Park). We will meet at Gulf Shores Beach on June 22nd.
