June Challenge

What is your fitness goal?

Our June challenge is to choose a fitness goal you would like to accomplish by the end of the month. Post your goal, and each week post any activity you do to help with your goal. Do you want to run faster, hold your plank longer, do more squats? Let us know and we can all motivate each other. Are you in??? Ready...set....GET IT IN!!!
