What better way to spice up your routine than a friendly challenge? This month we are going to try something different…Resistance Bands. Resistance Bands are great for toning and strengthen. They are a convenient and inexpensive form of exercise equipment that can be used anywhere, anytime. These bands offer safe and effective workouts. Each week I’ll post resistance band workouts, exercises, and tips to help with the challenge. Take pictures, videos, or leave a comment letting everyone know how you’re doing with your band. Post a picture of the resistance band that you will be using for the challenge and then keep the band in your car, in your purse, or in your desk at work and use it whenever you can!!
