New Schedule

Join us for a new week!

::Thursday:: Interval run or Free Run USA Intramural Complex at 6pm

We will warm up together. Afterwards, you can pick between 2 activities... a timed interval run or a timed free run with a route of your choice. We will all end at the same time and do abs together at 6:45pm.

::Saturday:: Free Run: Cottage Hill park at 6am

We will warm up together. Afterwards, we will run either a pre-planned route or a timed run with a route of your choice. We will finish up with abs.
